Can I custom order a color?
Flywheel Press offers the option to custom order a color for an additional charge of $75.00. To place a custom color order, either send us an email with the Pantone color number or provide us with a swatch of the color you are attempting to match.
Flywheel Press will make the best possible match to the swatch using the Pantone color matching system.
Can I customize one of your existing designs?
We are more than happy to work with you on customizing one of our exisiting designs so that it best fits your occassion. Email us at store@flywheelpress.com for a quote.
What if I have a return?
Flywheel Press is devoted to providing quality products which are made with the greatest attention to detail. If the merchandise is unsatisfactory due to an error by Flywheel Press, a refund or a credit towards a future purchase will be offered. All returns must be processed within 15 days of receipt of the product and must be in the original packaging.
Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Customers will be provided a final proof for approval. Once a proof is approved the costumer accepts responsibility for any errors. If any errors are found after approval, the customer
is responsible for a reprint charge. In the event that an error is found before going to press, the customer will be charged for all costs that are incurred. If Flywheel Press is responsible for the error, we will offer one of three things: a full refund, a credit, or an exchange. If an exchange is necessary, Flywheel Press will execute the exchange as quickly as possible and the item(s) will be shipped with the fastest available priority.
As a reminder Flywheel Press uses hand mixed inks on 100% cotton, environmentally friendly paper. Each design is letterpress printed by hand, therefore slight variations may occur between runs.
What is your privacy policy?
Flywheel Press takes the privacy and security of its patrons very seriously. Information provided will never be sold to or shared with a third party. Personal information is used only to ensure a timely and accurate ordering process, and is safeguarded by the most recent versions of encryption technology.
